Wisdom of the Trees
Stand where your soul can root and nothing can shake you.
Dear Beautiful Soul,
Each morning on my nature walk, I pause beside the trees that line my path. I place my hand on their trunks, feeling the quiet strength beneath the bark. And I whisper, “Thank you.”
Because trees have been some of my greatest teachers.
In seasons when I felt overwhelmed or uncertain, I watched how the trees stood — steady, grounded, unhurried. They didn’t force growth. They didn’t chase the sun. They simply rooted deeper… and allowed life to unfold around them.
The deeper the roots, the stronger the tree. And the same is true for us.
When our roots sink into truth, when our inner world becomes our anchor, when we ground ourselves in presence rather than pressure, we become unshakable.
Storms may come. Life may bend us. But we do not break.
The trees remind me to slow down. To breathe more deeply. To trust the season I’m in.
And to remember that real strength doesn’t roar —it rises quietly from within.
So as you walk through your day, gently ask yourself:
What am I rooting for? Fear… or truth? Stress… or soul? Expectations… or alignment?
Root yourself in what is eternal —your wisdom, your presence, your divine essence
And watch how life begins to rise to meet you.
With gratitude,
Sandy
