You Are Not Alone

There are unseen hands guiding you, always.

Dear Beloved,

In the darkest chapter of my life, when grief and confusion held me tightly, I felt more alone than ever before. Yet strangely, it was in that darkness that I began to feel accompanied.

Not by people. Not by words. But by presence.

A presence of peace — gentle, warm, familiar. A knowing beyond explanation. It did not speak aloud, yet it comforted me. It felt like angels, not as figures with wings, but as love itself.

Since then, I’ve never questioned whether we are guided.

Every step we take is held by something greater. Every prayer is heard. Every longing is known.

You may not always recognize the signs, but they are there.

In the ladybug that lands on my finger,
in the stranger who speaks the exact words you needed,
in the sudden warmth that fills you for no reason.

These gentle reminders whisper:
You walk with guardians. You are carried by light. You are never, ever alone.

Even now, as you read these words, you are supported — more than you know.

Rest into that knowing. Trust the unseen. You are guided.

With grace,
Sandy
